Lexington Three Students Participate in Special Olympics

It was a day of celebration for hundreds of students from across the Midlands of South Carolina as they came from their respective schools to compete in the Area 7 Special Olympics at White Knoll High School on April 25.  Students from all four of Lexington Three’s schools traveled to the spring game site with their teachers and school buddies to compete in their chosen events.

Prior to leaving their schools, the B-L athletes received rousing send-offs from their fellow student body members.  Students cheered on the athletes with handmade signs, pom poms and loud claps as they boarded their bus to leave.
