B-L High School Building Construction Class House For Sale

Lexington County School District Three will be accepting sealed bids for a 1,456 square foot, 2 BR - 2 BA house that was constructed by the Batesburg-Leesville High School Building Construction classes during the current academic year.  The winning award will be made to the responsive bidder offering the highest bid for the house.  The house is being sold “as is” and will need to be moved off of the B-L High School campus by the awarded buyer during the summer of 2019.  The minimum acceptable bid will be $28,600.

 

Bidding packets may be obtained at the Lexington Three District Office during normal business hours.  The District Office is located at 338 West Columbia Avenue in Batesburg-Leesville.  Instructions for submitting offers will be in the bidding packets.  

 

The deadline for bids to be submitted is June 7, 2019 at 12:00 p.m.  The awarded bid will be announced on June 7, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. and posted at the Lexington Three District Office located at 338 West Columbia Avenue in Batesburg-Leesville.
