🚨 Tornado Drill on Wednesday 🌪️
On Wednesday, March 11th, Lexington Three schools will join schools across the Palmetto State in participating in a statewide tornado drill. The drill is part of South Carolina Severe Weather and Flood Safety Week. This is a great opportunity for our students and staff to practice our severe weather and tornado safety procedures so we are prepared in the event of an emergency. Don’t be alarmed! This is only a drill designed to help keep our school community safe and ready. Safety first, Panthers!

A little CSI came to BLHS this morning! Members of the Lexington Three Board of Trustees gathered at Batesburg-Leesville High School as juniors Hayven Able and Apryl Garvin, alongside their teacher Kalyn Estep, presented about the school’s Forensic Science class. They shared their favorite lessons and hands-on activities and answered questions from Board members about what it’s like to learn through real-world crime-scene science. Now in its second year, this course continues to be a huge hit with students and today’s presentation showed exactly why. We’re proud of these Panthers for showcasing the exciting learning happening at BLHS!
Welcome back, Panthers! Lexington Three was humming with excitement today as our students returned to school. The halls were alive, classrooms were abuzz, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to see our Panthers ready to learn, grow, and thrive during second semester!

At the Tuesday, December 9th Board of Trustees meeting, our talented FFA students from B-L High School surprised each member of the Lexington Three Board of Trustees with a beautiful, custom-made Christmas wreath. Get ready to "Fuel Up" like a champion! On Thursday, November 20th, we’re celebrating our Child Nutrition Department’s Big Thursday event! Students and staff are encouraged to wear their favorite team colors (Clemson or Carolina), enjoy lunch in the cafeteria, and be entered to win a prize just for participating! A little background: Big Thursday was once a major South Carolina tradition—a yearly rivalry game between the Clemson Tigers and USC Gamecocks held at the State Fairgrounds from 1896 to 1959. Although the rivalry moved to a home-and-home series in 1960, the spirit of Big Thursday still lives on in celebrations like ours. Join the fun, show your colors, and fuel up for a fantastic day!
