Batesburg-Leesville High School announces the sale of the house built by students in the school Building Construction Program.

Being sold “as-is,” to be moved by buyer. (Moving expenses to be paid by buyer).
House has passed all required inspections and meets applicable building codes.
Additional Notes: The buyer will need to complete interior of the house and coordinate movement of the home. Concrete block piers are included with the house.
The house will be available for viewing on July 12th between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on the campus of Batesburg-Leesville High School. Please contact Todd A. Bid packets and instructions may be obtained from the Batesburg-Leesville High School main office and the Lexington School District Three District Office during normal school hours of 8 am to 4 PM Monday through Thursday during the month of July. Packets can also be downloaded here. The minimum acceptable bid will be $42,600.00. A certified check for 5% of the offer should accompany all bids. All bids will remain sealed once received. Bids will be accepted through July 20, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. Bids will be opened at the Lexington County School District Office and a final bid awarded on Monday, July 24, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. Parties submitting bids and the general public are invited to attend. The awarded party will be responsible to arrange the movement of the house within 45 days of the award.
