Students at B-L High School returned from Winter Break on Wednesday, January 4, 2023 and were able to begin using the school's brand new state-of-the-art CATE (Career and Technology Education) building for classes.
The building, which was part of the $65 million dollar bond referendum that was approved by voters in November of 2020, is around 36,000 square feet in size and houses the school's career-focused classes such as welding, building construction, sports medicine, law/public safety and agriculture. Officials broke ground on the project in August of 2021.
